Allianz NZ has a range of personal insurance policies to cover your car.

Car Insurance

Our personal car insurance product covers policyholders for loss or damage to their own vehicle and for legal liability arising from an accident.

We can offer you three types of cover for your car:
  1. Our “Full Cover” policy covers you for the accidental damage to your own vehicle, plus the legal liability of up to NZ$1 Million for the damage to the property of other people/parties.
  2. “Third Party Fire & Theft” covers you for the legal liability of up to NZ$1 Million for damage to the other people’s property and the specific perils of Fire & Theft up to the market value or sum insured, whichever is lesser.
  3. “Third Party” covers you for the legal liability of up to NZ$1 Million for damage to the other people’s property.

Application for Motor Car Insurance

Applications for insurance should be made using our PDF Download insurance proposal for motor insurance (PDF, 29KB) and submitted to your Insurance Broker.
