Allianz Australia Insurance Limited has an AA- insurer financial rating, given by S&P Global Ratings Australia Pty Ltd.

An overseas policy holder preference applies. Under Australian law, if Allianz Australia Insurance Limited is wound up, its assets in Australia must be applied to its Australian liabilities before they can be applied to overseas liabilities. To this extent, New Zealand policy holders may not be able to rely on Allianz Australia Insurance Limited’s Australian assets to satisfy New Zealand liabilities.

You or your broker can call us to make a claim
Send a claim to your broker. They will forward your claim to us, and we will inform your broker of the result of your claim.
If you require after hours emergency assistance, phone Sedgwick. They will be able to provide their assistance for claim emergencies.

We have a preferred customer agreement with Smith and Smith NZ for all car and building glass replacement.

Have a claim involving a broken windscreen, car glass, or a window in your home or commercial premises? Contact Smith and Smith for advice on your nearest location. Advise them you are an Allianz customer.
